Playing with the lo-fi aesthetic of a blurred webcam and grainy sound, this short performance explores the videochat's lyrical and painterly qualities- like an amorphous fragment, an almost disappearing old photograph, like a dream that keeps slipping in and out of our conscience.

My main concerns were one's powerlessness over the processes of memory and forgetting; the erosion of one's identity by time, distance and displacement; nominating and recording as testimonies of a loss or absence; the tensions between one's emotional inner life and one's interpersonal social relations.

It reflects the present limitations, where the domestic space has become the one stage for creation and where the days seem to blur into one another in differently-sized bubbles.
