اصول حرفه‌ای و اخلاقی سمپوزیوم ارتباط‌مجدد

در راستای برگزاری سمپوزیومی حرفه‌ای، ایمن و اخلاق‌مدار، تمامی شرکت‌کنندگان و آثار ارائه‌شده ملزم به رعایت اصول زیر هستند:

اصول حرفه‌ای

ارتباط مستقیم با موضوع سمپوزیوم

تمامی محتواهای ارائه‌شده باید به‌صورت مستقیم به موضوع اصلی سمپوزیوم (آرشیو اجراهای غیررسمی) مرتبط باشند و سرفصل‌های پنل‌های پیشنهادی را پوشش دهند.

تولیدات و تألیفات دست اول

پژوهش‌ها و تولیدات باید اصیل، کامل، استاندارد و حاصل از تحقیق و تجربه‌ی مستقیم پژوهشگر باشند.

کیفیت و استاندارد چکیده پژوهش

چکیده‌های پژوهشی ارائه‌شده باید دقیق، کامل و مطابق با استانداردهای علمی و پژوهشی باشند.

هماهنگی با اهداف سمپوزیوم

تمامی آثار و ارائه‌ها باید در راستای اهداف کلی سمپوزیوم، از جمله ترویج گفتمان خلاقانه و پژوهشی درباره آرشیو اجراهای غیررسمی، قرار گیرند و به تقویت این هدف کمک کنند.

هم‌سویی با اصول اخلاقی ارتباط‌مجدد

تمامی آثار ارائه‌شده باید با اصول اخلاقی رویداد هم‌خوانی داشته باشند.

شرکت‌کنندگان تأیید می‌کنند که محتوای ارائه‌شده مرتبط با پژوهش یا تجربه‌ی شخصی‌شان است. در غیر این صورت، تمامی منابع مورد استفاده باید به‌طور کامل در توضیحات برنامه ذکر شوند.

رضایت و احترام

ارجاع به آثار یا نام بردن از افراد (چه با نام اصلی، مستعار یا ناشناس) باید با رضایت کامل فرد یا افراد مربوطه انجام شود.

حریم خصوصی و امنیت

احترام به حریم خصوصی و تضمین امنیت تمامی شرکت‌کنندگان از اولویت‌های سمپوزیوم است. ضبط صدا یا تصویر جلسات ممنوع بوده و آرشیو جلسات تنها با موافقت تمامی شرکت‌کنندگان توسط تیم ارتباط‌مجدد انجام می‌شود.

محیط محترمانه و عاری از تبعیض

تمامی شرکت‌کنندگان متعهد به رعایت موارد زیر هستند:

پرهیز از هرگونه نژادپرستی، همجنس‌گراسیتزی، زن‌ستیزی یا رفتار تبعیض‌آمیز.

خودداری از ارائه‌ی محتوای خشونت‌آمیز، کودک‌آزاری، یا تشویق به خودآزاری یا آسیب به دیگران.

اجتناب از هرگونه آزار فیزیکی، کلامی یا مجازی دیگران.

این اصول با هدف ایجاد محیطی حرفه‌ای، امن، و فراگیر تدوین شده و رعایت آن‌ها از سوی تمامی شرکت‌کنندگان الزامی است.

توجه: اطلاعات کامل این اصول بر روی وبسایت در دسترس بوده و عدم رعایت آن‌ها ممکن است منجر به حذف از سمپوزیوم شود.

All presented content must be directly related to the main theme of the symposium (Archiving Informal Performances) and address the proposed panel topics.

Submitted abstracts must be accurate, complete, and meet academic and research standards.

4. **Alignment with the Symposium Goals**

All works and presentations must align with the overarching goals of the symposium, including fostering creative and academic discourse on the archiving of informal performances.

All submissions must comply with the ethical guidelines of the Re-Connect symposium.

Respecting personal privacy and ensuring the safety of all participants are top priorities. Recording audio or video during sessions is prohibited. Archiving sessions will only be conducted by the Re-Connect team with the consent of all participants.

4. **A Respectful and Inclusive Environment**

All participants commit to the following:

- Refraining from any form of racism, homophobia, misogyny, or discriminatory behavior.

- Avoiding content involving violence, child abuse, or encouragement of self-harm or harm to others.

- Abstaining from physical, verbal, or virtual harassment of others.
