“Don Quixote, Stop Being on the Computer all the Time” is an immersive live puppet theatre show placed in the environment of an online video game - Fortnite. Its ‘creative mode’ gives us the possibility to meet our audience in the 3D town that we built by playing the game. Our target audience are Fortnite gamers (mostly older kids and teenagers). The main theme is inspired by Don Quixote’s adventures in which he imagines himself as a brave knight just like some gamers live their virtual lives as superheroes. The show’s intention is to explore the omnipresent clash between the virtual and real world.

Technical requirements/additional notes: In order to see the performance, the audience has to already have the Fortnite and Discord accounts (or to download them for the show's purpose). Thereby reservations for the show are mandatory in order for our team to contact the audience and send them the exact instructions on how to join us.
